Basic project management knowledge and practical experience in project work enliven the exchange of information.

Method/Procedure

Self-learning phase "Start here..."
Participants can use a learning platform to prepare for the training.
For the basic training, 6 selected learning units with content, videos and quizzes are available.

Training phase / training "Get to know..."
The main focus of the training is the establishment of the participants' ability to act as project managers.
Based on case studies, role plays and group work, the project management elements are tested and reflected.

Transfer assurance "Catch up!"
Transfer issues and experiences that arise in the practical application of the learned methods, Are exchanged in a webinar (participation optioal), about 2-3 weeks after the training, reflected and with Tipps for practice of the coach supplemented.
The participant has so the chance to increase the transfer success in practice.
