Target group

Employees who want to prepare for a task as project manager or sub-project manager or who are already working in a project manager function.

Requirements

Experience in project work or equivalent knowledge.

Learning objectives

The participants
  • possess a basic holistic understanding of project management and methods,
  • know how to plan and set up projects using formal methods,
  • know the execution, control and closure processes at a glance,
  • know to the traditional methods also aspects from the agile methods (on the example Scrum) and
  • receive the possibility of transfer support in their everyday project management.

Method

Self-learning phase "Start here..."
. Participants can prepare the training by means of a learning platform.
For the basic training, 6 selected learning units with content, videos and quizzes are available.

Training phase / training "Get to know..."
. The main focus of the training is to establish the participants' ability to act as project managers.
Based on case studies, role plays and group work, the project management elements are tested and reflected.

Transfer assurance "Catch up!"
Transfer issues and experiences that arise in the practical application of the learned methods, are exchanged in a webinar (participation optional), about 2-3 weeks after the training, reflected and supplemented with tips for practice from the trainer.
The participant thus has the opportunity to increase the transfer success in practice.
