- Scrum events like sprint, sprint planning, daily scrum
- Understand scrum roles and their professional interaction
- Scrum Artefacts (inter alia product backlog and sprint backlog)
- Agile techniques like Burndown Chart, Planning Poker
- Starting with scrum: from vision to product backlog and up to the first sprint
- Introduction to scaled scrum
- Scrum live simulation: scrum in 100 minutes
- Proven check list for test preparation (PSM I and PSPO I)

Certification by scrum.org takes place individually and online via
web browser at a time and place of your choice .
The
certification fee is not included in the seminar price . The
costs are 150 USD for the Scrum Master and 200 USD for the Product Owner (per person).
