Method
- Project Simulation — The participants develop a defined project result from a predetermined problem
- The analysis of the problem, the design of the solution and collecting of the requests are made in direct communication with a "real" customer
- They are accompanied, monitored and supported by two experienced experts who are active in the roles of customer, coach and assessor
- At specified times the project results, the approach, the challenges and solutions will be reflected in the team
- Participants receive needs-based assistance and collect tips and tricks for practice
- In the final presentation the participants show of the individually generated solutions and defend their approach and contents in a subsequent expert interview
